EXPLANATION
AS LONG AS = PROVIDED (THAT) = PROVIDING (THAT) = ON CONDITION (THAT) + PRESENT TENSE

ANSWERS 3: IN CASE IT
EXPLANATION
(JUST) IN CASE + VERB (PRESENT TENSE) => because of the possibility of something happening.
More Examples:

EXPLANATION
IF ... HAPPEN TO/IF ... SHOULD HAPPEN TO/IF ... SHOULD => is used to talk about sth that may by possible, but is not very likely.
